The Balsamic Condiments are flavored with at least 7 spices or herbs, just like the minimum number of botanicals that are necessary for the distillation of Traditional Gin. The peculiarity of our Balsamic Gin is that it is a non-alcoholic base and can be perfect for creating traditional cocktails, but thanks to its slight acidity and balsamic note it can completely replace the alcoholic part, creating Soft Drinks or Mocktails: with very simple combinations, you will have a Balsamic Drink with unique characteristics!

Botanicals : Orange, Juniper, lemon, rosehip, rhubarb, licorice, white pepper

This version is based on concentrated white grape must and infused orange zest, ideal for cocktails and beverage mixes such as: San Francisco, Tequila Sunrise, Mimosa Fizz, Spritz, Punch, Sangria, Margarita, Paradise, Campari Orange, iced tea, Virgin Negroni..., to flavor sorbets and smoothies, strawberry salad, pies and cookies, to marinate lamb, turkey, duck, chicken, blue fish, prawns, skewers, stews, sausages, burgers, dress tartars, carpaccio, sushi, tempura, crudités...
