White Balsamic Vinegar - 5 Year (250 ml)

This golden-hued white balsamic vinegar is made using Trebbiano grapes and aged in white oak barrels to preserve its delicate flavor and light color. White Balsamic Vinegar adds a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavor to salads, raw and cooked vegetables, sauces, fish and seafood (Oysters, smoked salmon, scallops...), white meat (chicken and turkey), carpaccio, caviar, mushrooms, cheese (Buffalo Mozzarella, goat, blue cheese, herbal cheese...), strawberries, fruit salads, and to make cocktails.

  • Acidity: Between 4-5%

  • Age: 5 Years in White Oak barrels

  • Ingredients: Cooked White Grape Must and White Wine Vinegar from Trebbiano Grapes

  • No artificial colors or additives

It is produced from cooked white Trebbiano grape must with addition of white wine vinegar. White grape must is cooked under vacuum to preserve the clear color. It is aged in Oak barrels that give the typical straw yellow color. Since the product is preservative free and 100% natural, we recommend storing it in dark place to avoid oxidation of color over time (which is natural).
