Balsamic Glaze - Smoked Flavor
Our Balsamic glaze is produced exclusively with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, mixed with concentrated grape Must and modified corn starch (GMO and gluten free). The starch is the thickening agent to provide a creamy texture. Other glazes on the market have various additives (xanthan gum, glucose syrup, caramel coloring, preservatives...).
Our Glaze has no other additive than the corn starch for natural thickness.
Balsamic Glaze is a thick product that can be used as a topping to garnish all types of dishes, sweet or savory.
This Glaze is flavored with smoke flavoring.
Ideal on: raw or cooked vegetables, BBQ meat, burgers, hot-dogs, poultry, bacon, charcuterie, omelets, boiled or scrambled eggs, fish and seafood, sushi, Carpaccio, tartar, pizza, garlic bread, baked potatoes, French fries, noodles, rice, soups.
