Produced by Cantina Formigine Pedemontana made from 100% Grechetto Gentile grapes. The grapes are grown in the low rolling hills in the south of Modena, and harvested by hand. Download Spec. Sheet

  • Color: Light straw yellow with greenish reflections, brilliant.

    Aroma: Intense and pleasant, pleasant scent of white and exotic fruit, clean and delicate.

    Tasting Notes: Light, with a pleasant body, but quite persistent, fresh, and quite soft, with a pleasant sapidity.

  • Excellent to serve as an aperitif, however it goes well with the whole meal, especially with fish-based dishes and lighter first courses.

  • Manual harvesting, destemming-soft crushing, immediate draining, cold fermentation in the absence of lees.
